I needed to buy tis product for my friend house and i recognised that at first installation engineer use the product and it burned. i purchased same back but it didn't worked i just count find out why. i just texted to guys to ask why not whey come up with the solution rather than ignoring it. i didn't even send it back to first product. i am sure they will have it back but to support them i rather not to. amazing people around !!!! Thank you Guys....
