I have tried lots of different insoles. I weight 250 lbs, knees, ankles, heels hurting for standing all day. These insoles have surprised me. I can feel the perfect softness, cushiness, not too soft like the original insoles in shoes or even in expensive shoes, yet these insoles are not hard eighter. I can feel the softness, pain free, no more pain in my ankles, knees, nor my heels. I recommend everyone to give these insoles a shot. I'm not disappointed. Simple the perfect cushion. No need for arch support, eventhough im flat footed, this are doing the job of keeping my steps soft as if walking on air.

Bought to use for my daughter’s football (⚽️) boots. She is men’s 8.5 and these cured (??) a pain she was getting from outside of her planting and turning foot. Got another pair for her back up boots.

Lasted 7 months with light use. Didn't last as long as the soles that were original to the sneakers.Beware: My foot started getting really sore, to the extent that I had to cancel tennis playing. It took me a week to figure out that the sole had worn out at the big toe area, and that this was the cause. I switched sneakers, and the pain went away completely in a day or two.

My husband’s favorite insoles. He uses these in work boots and tennis shoes. They last a long time.

Got these soles because my DocMartins were giving me pain in the ball of my left foot -- the pain went away but i highly recommend getting shoes that fit your feet before getting soles. Needless to say they did the trick! Highly recommend!

Started buying this model during Covid days, it was priced around $12 or less. I had higher pressure on my heels and badminton took its toll and this insole helped a lot.Over the last few years the price has increased and quality seems to have gone downhill.The material is disintegrating into a small sticky pieces within 2-3 months. Probably 10-15 hours of play time.Would have survived for walking but not running or sports. I'm around 200 lbs.At the current price $24 definitely not a good deal.

Very soft and thick for durability

Ive not purchased many inserts but have been seeing alot of advertisements about them so I purchased 3 different ones. Sofsole perform Dr Scholls heavy duty and Spenco polysorb cross trainers. The sofsole perform are the most comfortable by far out of the 3 and fit perfectly. No cutting or modifications required! I'll definitely be ordering some more for my other shoes!! Buy with confidence
