Quality adult scooter!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I bought this electric scooter for my 16-year-old son to use to get back and forth from our park in our neighborhood which is about a mile away. My wife and I got tired of settling him back and forth in a car when he didn't want to walk. He plays basketball at the park almost every night. The scooter is very solid and I could tell that it was a high-end scooter as soon as I took it out of the box. Not sure how long it did have been at the warehouse but the scooter was just under a full charge when we received it. I topped it off with the included power adapter and set off to test it before I let my son use it. I downloaded the Mac wheel app from the play store. You can also use the QR code in the manual or on the handlebar post. On the mode button on the app, you want to change that to the letter h which stands for high. The scooter has a lot of torque and gets up to speed really fast. It has a very stable platform. The handlebars are set at a perfect height for an adult. Check out my video I uploaded with me riding on it. I am 5'10 and weigh 170 lb. I honestly want to get one of these for me now that I've had some riding time on it. You turn on the headlight s and tail lights from the app and you can also lock it from the app. The scooter folds up to a small footprint and is easy to carry or store in that folded position. The scooter also has a cruise control which I didn't necessarily like because it comes on automatically after you've depressed down at a constant speed. Couple other things that I thought were kind of weird where that the scooter didn't stay in high speed mode after I turned it off. Whenever we turn the scooter back on you have to turn on the app wait for the Bluetooth to connect and then change the mode back to high. I didn't like having to do this every time but there are benefits to that because it's in low speed by default. In low speed a child could ride this and it would not be as dangerous so I did like that function. The rear wheel has spokes so you can run a cable through it with a lock to secure it so it won't get stolen. I've already bought my son a cable with a combo lock so that he can lock it to a light post when at the park so it doesn't get stolen. He just slides the cable onto the handlebar when he goes back and forth. So far the charge has lasted several days on his little one mile trip back and forth and a few Joy rides by me. He weighs less than I do so he can get it a couple miles faster than me. Not as concerned about speed right now as I am how long the charge will last. Another tip is don't leave the scooter charged once it reaches the full charge. This is not good for the batteries. There's a lot to love about this scooter and I mentioned a few more features and benefits in the video I uploaded. If you're looking for a good scooter for a teenager oradult, highly recommend this one.

Not for me
I do enjoy riding scooters especially when I was younger but I feel like it’s not for me anymore. I would recommend this for people who like exploring on their own and have the time to enjoy outdoors frequently. There are 3 speed levels to choose from (1 being the slowest and 3 being the fastest) by pressing the power button once, twice or three times (took me a while to figure that out lol) and has a Bluetooth system that can be connected to your phone for music, locking and tracking the scooter. It’s pretty neat and runs the best on flat surfaces. I would recommend riding this in a place where there are no cars, pedestrians, bumpy roads and turns. A little down side to the scooter is that you can’t choose the color and since I love a “blingy” look I didn’t really connect with the overall look (maybe that’s just me being too picky?!) The brakes work beautifully and the headlight is bright and perfect for the evenings, it even has a ringer to warn others to watch out. Overall I think it’s just a little bit of personal preference and one’s lifestyle that would let one enjoy this product. It is a good buy though.

Good purchase, well balanced in all aspects
Waited a month to do review, everything is awesome about this scooter. I will say some of the parts could be tighten better as they have come loose. Nothing a few Allen wrenches can't fix.I Have done a little bit of outdoor type of travel on it and its a bumpy ride but handles mild off road detours.Speed is great im 170lbs and I sustain 18mph, I have not calculated distance or hours to battery life but estimate would say one charge will get you at least 12miles on a single charge doing full speed.

There might be hope
This is the best value scooter in the market. Hence the 5 stars. This is my first scooter with non pneumatic tires without suspension, and I do not like it. The handling and ride comfort is terrible. But it's ok if your ride is less than 20mins. 15mph feels quite slow, I wish there are ways to delimit the speed but no luck there yet.If you're not mechanically incline, do not buy. The brakes were not setup right off the box. It's not hard to do it yourself, but a local bike shop can always help. But then, that will increase the total price and you could have gotten a better scooter.I also don't like the fact that the battery came 83% charge, lithium ion battery should be kept at about 50% charge for storage to prolong life cycle. Whatever, it works and it has front/rear lights, it works and can get you to point b much faster than walking. It's easy to fold/unfold, it's light weight. If I don't update this review, that means the range and everything else is good. Good luck in finding your scooter.** July 19th 2021**Had the scooter for about a week. The ride is rough due to the non pneumatic tires. The scooter folds and unfolds very nicely and I guess that's the only thing I like. The range is ok, about 20miles to a charge. So after a week, there are a couple flaws. The scooter takes about 2-3 seconds to re-accelerate if you remove your finger off the accelerator. Don't know why there's a lag, looks like either a programming issue or just cheap controller. The scooter will randomly cut off power as if the brake sensor is activated.I had a Gotrax GXL before this and the Gotrax excels in every category except range and folding/unfolding. This is bad quality product, do not buy.7/27Macwheel was responsive and sent me replacement controller and display unit. I just changed out the controller and a new issue. Everytime when I stop, the scooter resets and takes me back to speed 1. I will test it more and report back.
