Very Solid
I ordered the power rack from this company based on all the great reviews. I was researching a bench to go with it and I came across this one. There were no reviews at the time so I was nervous about ordering it. Based on the quality of their rack and the 600lb limit for this bench I decided to take a chance. When it arrived I was impressed with the quality. Steel appeared thick (12-14 gauge) and the pads were very heavy duty and solid. One of my bigger concerns was how the cushion would feel and I couldn't be happier with it. Assembly was trickier than the rack but still pretty easy with the included diagram. After it was assembled it felt rock solid. Only negative at that point was the paint job is fairly cheap. As you snug down the bolts some paint may bubble up and peel off. Based on the price, features, and quality of everything else though this is very minor.I've done a few workouts on it at this point so I've been able to get an idea of the pros and cons of the bench beyond the initial impression.Cons:- Gap between the two pads is pretty large. The top of my butt sorta fits in the gap though and it's not uncomfortable. I've draped a small towel across the space just to fill it up and I use the towel to wipe my face. Maybe this is a minor design flaw but as I said, it somehow doesn't feel uncomfortable.- Back pad is narrower than I expected. Based on the info for the company's fixed bench being 12 inches wide I expected/hoped this would be the same. It felt a little narrow so I measured it and it's around 10 inches where my shoulder blades sit. Again, it's not uncomfortable per say. I think 11-12 inches would feel better though. Also, since the pad is super dense and firm it stays in places and doesn't flex much when benching. I weigh 195 and have only benched 225 on it so far so I can't speak to larger guys benching ridiculous amounts. But my guess is it will hold strong though.- Paint job is cheap as I mentioned before. Minor issue and for the price of this bench I really can't fault it.Pros:-As I've mentioned, this thing is rock solid. This feels like a bench you use at a nice gym. From the general stability to the feel of the steel to the heavy duty pads, this thing is a tank.-Adjustments are great. Goes to a decline and all the way up to basically 90 degrees. Everything in between is spaced well.-Wheels and handle to move it are useful. This is my first time having a rack with a separate bench at home and it's really nice being able to pull the bench out of the rack for certain exercises.Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. This bench is a steal at the current price, just like their power rack. Having a high quality paint job, smaller gap between the pads, and a wider back would make this bench absolute top of the line, but I would also expect it to cost over $400 which is just out of the question for most people. If you want a gym quality bench that feels rock solid, this will do the trick.I will add any comments in the future as I use the bench more. I just felt that people looking at this bench would want to see a review before buying so they don't have to take a shot in the dark like I did.

Very strong bench, high weight rating at half the price.
Great bench for the price. I didn't want to buy a cheap, flimsy bench that could only handle 200lbs. I believe this is rated at 600lb. Most benches that handle any real weight are twice as much as this. This thing is very thick gauge steel, powder coated nicely and the padding is nice and stiff - not soft and wrinkly. This is not the prettiest bench, but it is neat looking and very solid. The wheels work well, and let me slide it in and out of my rack easily.A few of things that are a bit "off":1. It's a very long bench. I guess that's better than being too short. I'm 6'1", and when I put my butt on the butt section and lay down flat, there's still about a foot or so of space to the end of it. This is no huge problem, it just makes for some weird positioning. I think the bottom part could've been a bit smaller...but hey, if you have a huge ass this thing is perfect.2. The gap between the butt section and the body section is quite large. The only time this is slightly weird feeling is if it's in the flat or decline. I know adjustable benches need that space, but have seen other benches with less of a space. That being said. The padding is very thick, so that may be the reason for the wider gap.3. The ankle holder is very tight if you need it for anything other than decline. Really, I don't need it for anything but decline, but for those that do - there's no way you are fitting your feet under it. You either need to flare your feet out to the sides or in front of the foot thing. I think it was designed to only be used when in decline. You have to have BOTH sections adjusted to decline to fit your ankles under it. An earlier poster made the comment that you can't fit your legs in, but I'm thinking he was either trying to use it while flat/incline, or in decline WITHOUT adjusting the butt section to decline also. You can't put the body section in decline while leaving the butt section flat. It won't work. Once I figured this out, I was fine with it.Assembly was no big deal. It comes with good instructions and even wrenches if you don't have any. I was very impressed with the paint job. The powder coating is very well done, and so much better than the crappy glossy paint that a lot of cheap benches come with.To summarize: If you actually lift more than 100lb and need a bench that won't break or bend, and you don't want to spend $300, this thing will do it.

Save your money.
This thing wobbles. I have recently started to lift weights again after my accident. I didn't get to use it until a month ago. This thing wobbles like no tomorrow tried tightening the bolts. It doesn't do anything as the welding was done very poorly. Like this one was not quality tested at all. I also feel it is unsafe to use.I was working out and the bottom cushion doesn't actually lock in place but collapses. So it can only be left flat. The top can move but doing any serious workout on it is just no fun. This thing was a big waste of money. Would rather have went to Dicks, Play it again or whatever else there is. This makes me weary of buying any sports equipment online.

It's sturdy but not the right shape or dims
I would not buy it a again. But it is extremely sturdy unlike other benches. It the base where your feet go is really in the way. The bench has a huge gap in between the seat and the back cushion making it a little awkward and dangerous to roll onto your back with heavy weights.
