Very nice looking next to my delta kitchen faucet. My biggest complaint is the engineering. They throw in a tool to make installation easier, which it does, but the connection is for 1/4" tube? Seriously? Most reverse osmosis systems are done with 3/8" tube. Why not throw in a $2 adapter? Had to make multiple trips to hardware store and it's not an easy transition from 1/4" compression to 3/8" tube. I showed the plumbing supply store the schematic that was shown on the box to transition fro 3/8" tube to 1/4" and they laughed at it. Ended up finding the right adapter in another review for this product. Once I had the right adapter, installation was 10 times easier to connect. Meanwhile, this project that should have been completed in an hour, took weeks. Had no clean drinking water because who wants to struggle to hook an old faucet back up? Working under a sink is hard enough...just include the right connection!

I purchased the oil rubbed bronze faucet and it looks nice but it has started to leak from the handle area leaving hard water stains all over the base. I spent almost $50.00 on a faucet that I'm ready to throw away and replace less than a year later.UPDATEMepture contacted me about my faucet and sent me a replacement. Very nice faucet (got mine in brushed nickel to match my sink faucet), well constructed, and easy to install, including on a standard faucet hole. Instructions are poor (one small diagram on the back of the box) and do not quite match the contents of the box, but if you've installed a regular faucet, this one is no problem.Major issue and reason for 4/5 stars is that this faucet comes with hardware for a 1/4" tubing connection, but not the more standard 3/8" tubing -- and this is not mentioned anywhere on the web page. If, like me, you have 3/8" tubing on your filter system, you need to purchase a $9.99 part, universal quick connect adapter, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HUD8Q7S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1which of course brings the price up $10 (and, in my case, introduced a one-week delay in the installation).

Faucet has nice finish and looks good. Handle works fine. I can't talk for long term durability and functionality yet, just installed.The installation tool that comes with the product is nice to have and helps with installation.It took some time and a few visits to home stores to figure out what to use to connect the 3/8 inch line from the filter to this 1/4 inch compression fitting intended faucet. I finally bought a length of 1/4 inch soft copper tubing with 1/4 inch brass compression sleeve, and connected that to the faucet with the compression nut it came with. To the other side of the copper tube, connected a 1/4 to 3/8 converter quick disconnect fitting and that did the job.My only complaint is it didn't have a good gasket or rocker to be used if only a 1/2 inch hole is used, which is what it needs. I drilled my own hole of 1/2 inch at the flange of the sink, and cut the thinner bigger rubber gasket to size under the faucet at the top of the flange, and at the under side used the thicker smaller gasket that came with it. The rocker and the nylon seems to be made for precut holes for spray hose.

I like the weight of the product, it feels like a quality base. The valve opens and closes smoothly. The style works perfect in my kitchen. I only gave 3 stars because the spout tube does not make a solid connection with the base. It seems flimsy. I tightened the nut as much as possible (to the hard stop), but the spout still wiggles back and forth about +/-1/4" for a total of 1/2" of slop. The internal parts are plastic at this connection with two o-rings to prevent leaks. I am concerned that this joint is fragile and it will not hold up over time. I considered returning this faucet for that reason, but for the cost, it will do the job. I will just have to be gentle when rotating the spout.For those who are wondering, there is no spring mechanism in the valve lever. Simply rotate the lever and the valve stays open until you shut the valve. I never used the spring function on my prior faucet anyway.

Nice quality faucet. Using with our under sink water filtration system. Valve functions smoothly and easy ally. It is a huge improvement over water softening and filtering companies cheep plastic RO faucet originally installed.Nice Match to our Moen 'Spot Resist' stainless steel (more like other brands brushed nickel finishes) main kitchen faucet and a little lighter and shinier than the Kohler Brushed Nickel Air Gap cover, but a close enough color for our setup. Install was fairly easy, if your a do it yourselver. Instructions on box are marginally okay, remember the hole finding plastic bevelled plate goes under the sink.

We bought this to try to match our "coke bottle base" faucet. Looks and works fine. No leaks, no drips, and good flow.If you're using this for a home RO system, especially on a well with high TDS / pumps, consider plumbing the line between the bladder storage tank and the faucet with 3/8" ID tubing. Standard is 1/4", but if you're running a distance and want strong positive flow use the 3/8". You can buy adapters that allow you to do it all in 3/8" from the tank. It doesn't matter before the tank, but from tank to faucet is important.

Love it! Seller provided great instructions and ideal tool to assist with installation. Noticed much improved water flow compared to the one we had before, and it looks great. Would buy again.
