Power Steel 16' x 48" Frame Pool Set

This pool has exceeded our expectations—it was larger than we thought, was easy to set up (took maybe an hour), and has held up very well through our four kids’ daily swimming plus many pool parties! The pool filled up in 8 hours with 2 hoses, which was much faster than we thought it would take. The only thing we have been disappointed in is the suction power provided by the motor. It just isn’t strong enough to clean the bottom of the pool with our cleaning tools. :( (I’m fairly certain we put it all together correctly! We might try it again.) Overall, very happy with this pool!

This pool was super easy to set up, and it is the perfect size for a smaller back yard! It filled up pretty quick too! My kids have lived in it since I started filling it. I love the sturdyness of the legs, makes me feel safer over pvc pipes!

After assembling and leveling the pool, we filled it 2/3 full,just to chin level of our youngest child til she learns how to swim. The next morning after filling the pool we reinspected the legs. Many of them had moved during the filling process and some of the legs were no longer level and had moved slightly. The pool water level was still within the same square all the way around the pool interior so it didn’t effect the pool all around, however, on inspection one of the legs had begun to crack from being squeezed by the white border holding it in place and the water squeezing against it. When we were setting it up I was worried how such flimsy legs could sustain that kind of weight. We’ve had it One day, we’ve not had a chance to swim in it, we’ve wasted thousands of gallons of water, and now this piece of crap needs to be emptied and repaired. We’ve wasted another $400 on a pump since the pump it comes with is not strong enough to keep it clean, wasted 120lbs of pool salt, omg the money adds up quickly. We made a warranty claim this morning with Bestway, however the website says that due to covid they are experiencing delays. I can’t find replacement legs anywhere, not even in the company website, They are all on back order. Shocker!?!? Pool leg failure must be a common problem if they are out of stock and on back order. Don’t buy it. It’s not worth the time, effort or money.

I assumed from the specifications that the pools waterline would be 48".That's actually the height of the frame. Expect 44" filled to ninety percent capacity.The pump is strange as well. The directions specify that you place a hose on hole "A" The suction side. There is another "A"on the pump that you are supposed to attach the other end of the hose. Simple. Yet that side of the pump is acting as an outlet as opposed to the inlet.I reversed the position of the hose and it seems to work fine. There are 2 outlets on the pool that get fed by the pump. They are connected in a tee configuration that is quite heavy, causing the outlet tubes to be down to the point where water started to break the surface. I question the durability of the outlets as they are part of the liner if left in that position. I used bungees to get it to a better angle.I will say, the pool was very easy to set up and took very little time to get ready.

Sad to say I waited for this pool literally all summer and when it finally arrived the box was torn up and the liner was hanging out the bottom. I sent it back and was told I couldn't get a replacement when next shipment comes in...I have no idea why I couldn't have been put on a list and shipped when stock was replenished. Now I tried to order same pool and it is $400 more than original. Do you honor this same price if I try to order this pool again in spring of 2021?

Pool is a great size, pool pretty sturdy (only had to adjust a couple legs, ladder is sturdy, and the pump is simply too small for a pool this size. Planning ahead, I purchased a larger sand filter and a skimmer. I have not had ANY issue with algae, excessive leaves/debris. Pump runs four hours a day. There is a small pin hole somewhere on the bottom. I register the product and reported a small hole, followed the instructions and I was sent a brand new liner within a week! The cover isn’t the greatest, but I also register that in case I have any issues with tearing. I would rate this product higher, but delivery time was extremely slow from the company that is contracted to deliver and the pump with this product of this size is just ridiculously small.

Great pool, well made. I didn't use the pump provided. But over all a very good product.

I HAVEN'T OPENED THE PACKAGE BUT I WANTED TO QUICKLY WRITE THIS REVIEW. IT WAS FREE DELIVERY, NO EXPEDITED CHARGES. SO I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS POOL FOR 1-2 MORE WEEKS. INSTEAD IT ARRIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS! I'M AMAZED, MY KIDS ARE EXCITED. DURING THIS PANDEMIC THERE HAVE BEEN DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS EVERYWHERE SO IT IS A RELIEF TO HAVE SOMETHING GO BETTER THAN EXPECTED.
