In this pandemic time, we have been looking for a place to have friends over, but be outside and able to maintain 6 feet in distance. We have a covered patio with an open wall. We live in Oregon so we get lots of rain, but not too much cold. I bought two of these heaters and installed them together with a couple of chairs and end tables, and now we have a nice warm spot to greet friends. Easy to installed, just 4 screws and you are done. These work great for this kind of application.

Only has one setting which is sometimes too hot. Does not have protective glass for rain/weatherHowever ( and this is important) It gave much more warmth than the other five I tested (including Fire Sense which has a lovely pole, but inferior heat output to this one). Customer Service was excellent as well. Too bad they don't offer this heater with a pole, so you could move it around. They are all 1500 watts, but differ greatly in actual warmth felt!

I originally purchased one in November. Purchased this second one in January. The original one quit working after just a few uses. Main Power switch works, remote works but the heater element does not turn on even with pressing the main unit switch on. Seller will not honor a return or replacement of the original. I DO NOT want the second heater now because I do not trust its quality and the Seller's poor customer service. The item is unopened, unused.

We were excited to get this heater for our Outdoor Patio, especially after reading all of the reviews. Although, we got it and before installing on a wall we tested it out by plugging it in. It turned on fine, but after a few minutes there was a big spark and it turned off. We tried it in other outlets with no success, it never turned on again. We tried contacting the Company with No Response. We have tried to do a return through the Seller with No Reponse and we have filed a claim through Amazon now as well, but have not been given the green light to send back, hopefully we are doing it correctly, as we don't normally return products, but do NOT feel SAFE with this one, even if it started working again.

I love this little patio heater. It has allowed up to enjoy our screened porch well into fall here in Michigan. Installation was easy and straightforward. There is nothing to assemble, just put it on the wall. I did not use the included hardware since it is for masonry. I screwed the heater into my wood siding and plugged it in. The remote is nice to have as well.Sitting in the path of the patio heater you get a nice warm feeling that takes the chill off. Since it is a screened porch you only feel the heat if you are in the path of the heat.

The system heats up very fast. I mean like in one second the heat is blazing. I have set this up in the garage. This come with bracket and screws for wall mount.This also comes with a remote and only has a on and off switch. I haven’t tested the range of this remote. I will also mount this outside when that rain stops.The range of this heating system is pretty good for the size. The heat is dispersed mostly straight so good to place this right above the seating area.

This unit puts out some serious heat and it is ready to use straight out of the box. No assembly required unless you choose to mount it on the wall. We set ours on a block near the patio seating and are able to move it according instead of a fixed mount. The best part is that you get instant heat, no waiting for it to warm up.

This is a great little heater! My initial reason for buying it was to mount it on our porch so that we could continue to grill through fall and winter. The day it arrived, my husband was working on his car in the garage, so he decided to test it out. We were impressed with how quickly and effectively it heated the garage, making his work more comfortable. It will definitely be perfect for both purposes until we buy a second one. Highly recommend!
