Good deal
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. In my opinion these are a good deal for the price. The loops and carbiners are fantastic. The only negative thing is the screws(for my application). I pre-drilled holes but I couldn't successfully drive them in to metal without stripping the heads or bending the screw. So I just used different screws. They would most likely work fine for wood or plastic.

Exercise Bands
I bought these to install in my backyard for clipping in exercise bands. These work great. I can put on over head, at chest height, and closer to the floor for various banded exercises.
