There’s a few ways they could improve, specifically on the chain. But it’s exactly what I paid for so I shouldn’t complain too much. The manufacturer even made it clear what I was buying with pictures that are exactly how this product looks like. If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship, maybe buy your own chain and hire a professional to create a lock for you. I’m somewhat disappointed in the craftsmanship, but it serves it’s purpose very well. I just hope it lasts. It’s a bit lighter weight than I was expecting and I think the lock is what you’re paying for. The lock is plain but beautiful in its own right. I’m actually in love with that lock. My only complaint is about the chain which will surely break before the lock does. I don’t know, we’ll see… I could make this work.

I really like i, when I wore it the first time I could tell people were looking at it. Its not too heavy and easy to put on. Thinking about getting the other one with the different chain.

Heavy but not too heavy. Nice and shiny, and a bit thicker chain and bigger lock than I imagined. At first thought maybe too big but really does look good upon wearing. I get lots of looks and compliments.

I absolutely love this necklace. Solid with some weight to it but not uncomfortably heavy. The lock is easy to ope and close which makes putting it on a cinch. Goes with just about any outfit. It's one of my go to jewelry pieces.
