Purchased to inject our thanksgiving turkey with the perfect blend of seasonings. The variety of injection needles have allowed us to do more than that. This injector allows us to mix our own marinades and inject everything from the thinnest of juices to finely clopped spices mixed in a marinade. This is a top quality injector with 4 different needles, cleaning brushes, & sturdy case. I had a larger 4 oz Cabela’s injector but this size is more practical & useable.

This is the second injector I have owned the first one failed miserably. ( not this brand )When I bought this unit, I was totally surprised how well it function and the spare O-rings, for the syringe highly recommend this to all who barbecue or smoke and need to inject flavor into your meat

So far have injected Turkey, Pork shoulders, Chicken, and steaks. Never knew injecting was so easy and beneficial. Bought this to accessorize my new pellet smoker and no regrets. Cleans up easy and injects even easier.

This syringe works great. Used it on my brisket and turkey. It is a pretty tight when pulling out. Suggest greasing the gasket a bit first with butter.
