Having more energy is a good thing
This is the second brand of 125 mg. forskolin (Coleus Forskolii) Extract that I’ve tried, and I haven’t seen miraculous weight loss results from taking either brand. I do however notice that I have increased energy while taking forskolin.It’s just a fact of life that as we get older our metabolism slows, and it’s easier to hold onto extra pounds.We need to adjust the amount of food we eat and exercise more to not gain weight. Seems to do what it is supposed to
I can say they do live up to one of their claims. I can't quantify the others yet. After taking this product for a few days, I can honestly say that the feeling to snack has been reduced. I'm not sure about the metabolism boosting portion. I'm a big guy and my weight will fluctuate a bit based on numerous factors. After nearly 2 weeks, I have yet to see any weight loss that is beyond that normal fluctuation. Perhaps I haven't given it enough time. The packaging of the product is top notch. The simple black and white label has raised a few inquiries from my co-workers in regards to what I'm taking before lunch every day. As well as a few giggles about the name. For the sake of getting a full experience, I stopped taking the pill for 2 days to see what would happen. I don't know if it is a psychological thing, but my cravings to snack came back. Once I started up the pill again, they stopped. Let me be straight forward: this product is a pill. Any info I can give you is only applicable to my body chemistry, and results will obviously vary from person to person with their own unique biology. Not trying to lose weight, but did give me more energy.
Well this is a new product for my wife and I. We have received a discount on this product in exchange for our honest and unbiased review, but don't let that scare ya away. I took one today just to try it and it works. I do have more energy than I normally do at 11pm writing reviews. I can see how it suppresses cravings as I'm not sitting here munching either. I will comment more on this in a month after my wife gets to take them for a while. Heck I might try them for a while myself. I think this one actually works
Since I started taking these (about a week) I do seem to snack less, have more energy, and better mental focus. I am a software engineer so the latter is more critical for me, and it seems for anyone that has to design and create things. I do have more energy, but I don't feel wired; I feel normal. My stomach doesn't feel empty, it feels fine. I have lost a pound or two since I started taking these, so the weight loss is reasonable and steady. So far I am really liking these tabs and plan to keep buying them!
