iBlazr 2’s marketing video shows that the flash is timed via bluetooth to fire when the iphone camera takes a picture. In actuality, the iblazr is on a delay and always fires at the same time. If you use image stabilization, which takes the photo only when the iphone is steady, then it rarely times the flash and the photo shutter at the same time.There is the option to leave the light on. In which case you just paid $59.99 for a light that doesn’t work as a flash and will continue to shine in your subject’s eye. Keeping the LED on the entire time then makes the Bluetooth feature a moot point and unnecessary.Their support team said, “As to returning - due to a Concepter warranty and returning policy, we replace and accept returning on units ordered only via [...] and the other resellers are obliged to replace and accept return by their own.”They gave no attention to what I described and asked for a video showing the problem. I said I would help them by posting a product review on youtube. That way people will be fully informed on what to expect. The customer service rep accused me of threatening them and trying to shame them through “revenge.” Bottom line, they need to improve their product, tweak their commercial so it doesn’t make it seem like it completely synchronizes with the camera shutter, and lastly, work on their customer service skills.

I have to say that this is a great light, but I had to get it on a recycled basis to avoid the high price. Personally, I find the blue tooth overkill. But the light works as advertised, and can be used effectively manually - though it takes reading and practice.The one problem is that I want to use it as a general portable light and there are no adapters available - should have been in the box - a hotshoe mount and a 1/4" thread. But they're not even available - the website is non-existent. The included opaque cover works great and is essential to avoiding blinding yourself - but makes mounting a hack a problem - I will have to glue on an L-bracket by the looks of things. Maybe a square of wood. But every surface is being used!

Like a lot of people today I look at my social media feed & see these awesome photos of food & think to myself I have a nice camera phone why don't mine come out looking like that. Well most of those photos are taken with a high end camera which perform way better in low light then our phones so I set out to find a product that would help me in low light situations. This light here is not the cheapest by any means &I don't even know if it's the brightest even though it gets plenty bright but I got to say over all good build quality & when not in use it holds a charge forever. I didn't use it once for about 3-4 months & when I went to pick it up it still was charge. The cons are the application on The Android side is hit or m miss what I mean is it sometimes connects & your able to adjust the brightness & tone of the light but most of the time it doesn't with out you investing some troubleshooting time. You're able to control the light using the touch sensitive panel on the back of the light but it is not as accurate you're not able to fine tune it like you are on the application on your phone when it works. I still use it but I just turn it on & of manually & if I need less light I just set it further back.

Does what I expected to do, works well as a flash and as a video light, both on native iPhone camera es well as on their Shotlight app. Didn't find the color temperature control very useful or practical but that's me.Instruction are not that great, so prepare to do some experimenting, but in the end you will be satisfied.

The iBlazr 2 is a great product!! I have an Africa girlfriend (I'm white) and in low light settings she doesn't really show up well/at all. Usually we hunt down the brightest areas we can find when we take selfie, but even that only works half of the time. With the iBlazr unless you have a ton of back light (usually never good for pictures) we always get a very well lit picture! The Bluetooth works amazing with my iPhone 6s. Make sure you get the diffuser. My only complaint is how damn bright this product is when taking a selfi. It is seriously blinding on the high level and the diffuser makes it tolerable on the low setting. I wish it had more control over the brightness. That being said I would still buy this product regardless.

recieved damage. I needed it in two days, did not arrive in time, even if it worked it will not work with the built with the iphone you have to down load an app and use the app camera, make a long story short "Do not get this item"

The mount is flimsy. It doesn't work very well on bluetooth. That could be operator error. I use it as a flashlight, to take close up photo's. Probably would not buy again.
