First it comes with all the great supplies, extra blades, dough scraper, bowl scraper, and a silicone brush. These are all handy tools for preparing, shaping, and scoring the dough. The baskets come with linen liners, which prevent sticking and make cleanup easier. Just dust them lightly with flour before use. Love this kit

This is a good starter kit. Only complaint is the wood on the bench scraper seems to kind of “shed”. I am often left with the wood color on my hands or little specks of it in my dough. I only use the white bowl/bench scraper now and threw the metal one out. Everything else is perfect for sourdough making!!

I'm just starting my journey into sourdough baking. And learning to make sourdough is a journey - smile. This kit came with everything I needed. The Benneton baskets are wonderful. I've baked in them 3-4 times and they make the final proofing phase so much easier. The dough comes out so easily. They also include soe very useful instruction. I'm to glad I chose this set to start my journey. I've included a photo of an activated charcoal sourdough loaf proofing in my Banneton basket. Love it!! And having so much fun using the kit.

This kit includes everything to get started on your sourdough journey! So far so good! Great quality baskets. Perfect baskets for shaping. Easy to clean, although I recommend buying a mini scrub brush to scrub the Danish dough whisk because dough can get caught in the cracks. Also wish it had the Bread slings. I had to buy those separately.

The oval banneton was in good shape but the circle one has a lot of splinters on it that are hard to clean up. The set would be very nice if the circle banneton was in good shape.
