This humidor arrived and looked exactly like the product pictures. I filled the supplied humidifier disk with a 50/50 mix of distilled water and propylene glycol. The hygrometer read approximately 60% humidity the next day and for the 3 days following. I decided to follow the supplied directions and calibrate my hygrometer with the salt test. It turns out that it was approximately 11% low. I adjusted the hygrometer, let it sit for a day, and then made 1 more small adjustment. It ready exactly 75% the last day of the salt test. From that day on is has maintained a perfect 72% humidity. I had filled the humidifier disk at the 2 week mark, even though the humidity never dropped. I will let it go a.little longer the next time to see how often I have to add solution. Overall I am very satisfied with this as my first humidor and I would recommend this to.anyone new in the world of cigars and humidors.

Does as it should!

I was using the Drymistat Humidor Humidifier Tubes and they did not help raise my humidity. I put this PG in my humidor and within a day the humidity was up to 69%. This product really works.
