These are good and have a great taste. Smells just like coconut. Organic too!

This reduced fat organic shredded coconut is perfect for both sweet and savory recipes. I like to use it place of fresh coconut in Indian cooking, and Thai Peanut soup. I can't eat full fat coconut due to g.i. issues, and this product fits the bill. I use it Thai Peanut soup along with low fat powdered peanut butter, and coconut milk beverage in place of full fat canned coconut milk and full fat peanut to make a truly delectable soup with all the flavor, aroma, and richness of the original recipe.

Before I tasted it, I thought it might not be as good as regular grated coconut. I was pleasantly surprised.Unless you buy the story that the saturated fats in coconuts are healthy, go for this grated "coconut lite"!

Blends nicely, but still a little crunchie!

I really liked this coconut. I used it for coconut shrimp mixed with Panko and the size is almost the same so you get a super crunchy not sweet coconutty flavor. I would highly recommend

I like the quality and the taste. I use it most of the time in my morning oatmeal.

This is the most awful shredded coconut I have ever purchased. It is not at all what I expected. It is not like regular shredded coconut, it is ground up into tiny particles and there is absolutely NO coconut taste whatsoever. It also leaves a gritty feel whenever you add it to something. Bad purchase!

Pieces too small, like dust. No good for trail mix
