Works great
Relatively easy to set up, once I realized there are tiny plastic covers over the terminals of the optical cable. I'm old, they are tiny. Bought these for my wife to use while working out. Some of her videos shake the house once she turns the volume up loud enough to hear over fans and the treadmill or whatever. She can here fine with these, no disruption to the rest of the house. RF means no sound delay as is seen with most Bluetooth. She says it's like watching TV without any headset. The picture shows the size of the plastic covers I failed to remove. No mention in the instructions. If you deal with optical cables frequently, they would be obvious. But for those of us who only do it once or twice a year, these didn't look that odd.

Happy Camper!
I have an elderly father that needs help hearing. For that reason, I needed the ability to use a headset (so my father could crank up the volume) and the TV built in speakers (so I could listen at a reasonable level) at the same time. In searching for a non-Bluetooth speaker with its own transmitter/charging base, I found this product. I appreciated that the seller listed great information about the headset and how to install it. Instructions stated to have both TV speakers and Headphones at the same time I would need to use the optical connection cable. The headphones came well packaged with all cables mentioned on the seller's page. First and most important, the seller stated to go on the television's settings, change sound from Dolby to PCM BEFORE hooking up the Zanchie headphones. After doing that, I followed the clear instructions and charged the unit first. The next step, once fully charged, was to test the transmitter using headphones playing music from my phone...success! Final step, attach the optical cable from the TV to the transmitter base. Again, success! When I turned on the headphones, sound quality was great. My elderly father found them easy to adjust and enjoyed watching TV again and I enjoyed a quieter viewing experience. Instructions on the seller's page and the included manual were easy to follow. There is an added bonus. With sound coming from both the TV audio speakers and the headphones, if I get a phone call, I can mute the main set and my father can continue listening on the Zanchie headphones. A perfect world!

Multiple problems and finally physically broke in two, review revision
The following is my original review but I wanted to let people know that the company voluntarily refunded my money and apologized for my troubles. There are good things about the headphones, such as styling and sound quality, but I only dwelled on the negative things in my review. I raised my rating some to reflect not only that there are good things about the product but also that the seller seems to be genuinely concerned and I appreciate that. I also added a picture of the broken headphones.I bought this to replace my old headphones because they would frequently loose the signal from my TV. I bought them 6 months ago and they broke in two last night. These were attractive and very easy to connect but the first thing I noticed was they were too tight on my head. (I have a small head and could not extend the phones any. Maybe if I could have extended the headphones they wouldn't have been so tight.) After a couple of hours they were quite uncomfortable. The second thing that happened was that after a while I could no longer get the charging port to connect. I finally had to use a USB cable directly to the phones to charge them, defeating the nice charging cradle they came with. Someone else had mentioned he had a problem getting the charging pins to make contact. Then these started to lose the TV signal, randomly at first, then more and more frequently. Another "feature" of the phones was that the earpieces swivel 90 degrees. They said this was to make them lie flat when you set them down. I never thought that was much of a feature but it sure was a major point of failure. Last night when I tried to remove the headphones to plug them in to the USB because I had lost sound again, the left earpiece broke off at the swivel point! Also, one last thing, the covering over the headpiece is starting to crack and peel. This in less than 6 months? So, bottom line, seems like a very poor quality product. I don't think I just got a bad one.

What you pay for...
This was a gift for my mom. They are pretty, and stay in cinque with the video on the TV. Unfortunately, I had to remove my surround sound to hook them up. At that, the sound is poor quality. Mom said they were tight on her head. I wore them and have to agree that they are too tight.Today, mom opened them to put them on her heD and the right headphone snapped off in her hand. I will try to send them back. So sad....Today the company offered to rectify the situation. I am giving them another star because they saw the review and are working to make it right. I admire that.

Easy to use, easy to listen to, easy to set up. Can do that. Blindfolded.
Use them for my TV and my stereo. Went outside with them and was able to go where I wanted with no interruption. Thank you very much. Good job and I'm thinking of ordering another one in about 2 weeks. So hope you have another set.

Exceptional Customer Service
The headphones works fine when it is working. Mine only lasted 1.5 years when it quits working. I contacted the vendor and they offered to send me a new one even thought I was outside of 1 year warranty. Kudos to their exceptional customer service department.I give 5 stars to the customer service but 3 stars on the product itself.

Charger not for Australia power
Hi, I received the Wireless headphones, and I really am happy except the power 5V Adapter is not suitable for the Australian power points, I have had to use an adapter to make charge.
