Laser Rechargeable Golf/Hunting Range Finder 1000/1200 Yards 6X Magnification USB Charging Laser Rangefinder

This is accurate within stated range. Found very accurate in the 75 and under ranges for bowhunting.

Originally wrote a very negative review because, like some other reviewers, my device started reading 5 to15 yards short. I now suspect that I inadvertently switched it from Yards to Meters, which would, naturally, make it read 9% less. I'm still rating it a 4 because it didn't come with a big red flag stating, "Warning! May show distance in meters!" for us slow learners.

I like the accuracy and the slope compensation. The wrap around with magnets are really useful for fast grab and read.The only downfall is the second button on top gets pressed by accident under the wrap.The red and black one is a better range finder.

I bought this during the winter so now that I am golfing I am finally using it. It is easy to use .I only gave it 4 stars on accuracy because it the distance would vary a few times but not by much. I may go back and change it to 5 stars after a few more uses to compare. The magnetic strap seems to be more work than just keeping it on hand in the cart. The rangefinder definitely works great and is comparable to my golf friends more expensive rangefinders.That was my original review now that I have had a chance to use it quite a bit I can say the accuracy is not great. I have used it and measured the same thing a few times in a row and had different readings each time. Sometimes by many yards. So that is an issue, I will have to change my review to 3 stars

This is the 4th rangefinder I've had, used for golf. This is easily the best one. It is really fast at target acquisition and lock. The range is spot on accurate and I've had no trouble reading targets @ 200+ yards. The slope feature works well, easy to use. I've only had it for a week, used it for 5 rounds golf, so far, no issues, very satisfied.

I have a friend that has one it looks identical, including the graphics inside. It’s a brand name he has that he paid $200 for. I got this one for $60. We can’t see the difference

I useed this range finder for about a year. It then gave me the wrong information or just won't display anything. I charged the battery power, but recharge doesn't help. Is there anyway it can be replaced?

The value for the money was great on this range finder. It worked as expected, mostly, and is easy to use. My only critique is that the 1000/1200 yard range listed on the range finder is not accurate. I've not been able to measure anything beyond 450 yards. For golfing purposes, it doesn't really matter. I've played five rounds with it so far and have not had to charge the battery once yet. The magnetic strap it came with is also great as it lets you attach it to any metal part of the golf cart. However, its easy to forget its up there when you're done golfing. I've already fogotten it twice...
