For about a year I've been having problems with my appetite and have lost 20 lb in the last 6 months. My doctor suggested that I have some little item that I could just grab and snack on to at least keep the weight on. So I bought these not expecting much but they turned out to be very good. I think it was mixed berry is that I bought and then raspberry. They are just perfect when you just need to nibble on a little something. They are a little bit dry so have a cup of coffee tea Water whatever you want when you eat these. The inside is very very moist it's the outside that's just a tiny bit dry but the taste is very good and I would recommend it.

These are not sold in stores for some reason. Glad I was able to find them on Amazon! They were fresh and available for a GREAT price.
