Absolutely love this. Easier to manoeuvre with two handles. Even like them when copper discolours. Easily brought back to original shine with Copper Cream (also bought on Amazon). Bought three different sizes and use instead of pans

Really nice piece of kit but have noticed the patena seems to be rubbing of when used

Don’t use on a gas hob
Used this on a gas hob it’s totally discoloured the bottom of pan . After washing found it holds water around the rim.
