Fabulous Bergnar pan
I’ve the 24cm and 28cm pans and they are both fabulous; completely even heat distribution, no sticking whilst cooking, easy to clean, the handles remain cool enough to touch without oven mitts, what’s not to like?! Even cooked perfect cumin rice (absorption method), in the smaller pan, and they look utterly beautiful too.

Absolutely love this. Easier to manoeuvre with two handles. Even like them when copper discolours. Easily brought back to original shine with Copper Cream (also bought on Amazon). Bought three different sizes and use instead of pans
