Very pleased. I really really like this rack!
At first, I though I'd have to return it. The pieces didn't seem to want to fit together. I finally figured out to ignore the order of assembly that the instructions show. I had to fight for it, but this rack did fit together.Once the pieces are locked in place, this dish rack is awesome! I was weary of it being top-heavy with it only holding plates in the upper rack, but it doesn't wobble at all. It's very sturdy. Both circular and square plates fit very well in the upper rack. (I cannot speak to whether rectangular plates will fit.)The drip pan's drain is designed so the rack must sit perpendicular to the sink. My counter space doesn't allow that, so I bought a 12" x 18" drying mat to go under it. (I repurposed the drip pan. It is sitting under my coffee maker.)So far, I don't see any signs of the coating flaking off or any rust forming. I'm cautiously optimistic that this rack will hold up under long-term usage. My only complaint (post assembly) is that the silverware holder just hangs loosely on one end. I've pulled it off a couple of times when removing silverware. To keep that from happening again, I attached a couple of twist ties. Being able to lock the silverware holder in place would be a great improvement to the design. (A longer silverware holder would be nice, too.)Overall, I'm very happy with this dish rack. I definitely recommend this product to anyone with limited counter space. Plus it looks cool. For anyone needing to know, the clearance between the upper and lower rack is 7 inches. My 20 oz Yeti Rambler fits on the bottom rack without its lid, barely. Also, the silverware holder is two 3" compartments and will only hold a few pieces each. I hang my larger utensils from the stemware racks.

Perfect Good Size
I bought this for my son's new apartment last year. It looks just as pictured. He has a big kitchen with a long bar area but to save on counter space this was perfect. All this time later it still looks new. Very sturdy and well made.

Easy to use but has a few small design issues....
I really like a lot about this strainer! Easy to assemble, sturdy, pretty, and really does hold a lot!Now the design flaws....1. A solid bar across the bottom does not allow water to flow through.2. The bottom rack I had to flip upside down to keep my dishes from touching the dish mat.3. Not tilt in the bottom mat. I had to put a shim underneath to allow the water to flow towards the sink.Over all, it is great if one is willing to modify slightly for what they need. Just needs a mama of 5 on their design team. 😉

Heads Up
This has been an amazing alternative to the more traditional drying racks. Because it's 2 tiered it takes up less space on the countertop, the bottom of the utensil holder is entirely made of drainage holes to allow proper drainage unlike traditional utensil holders with predominantly solid bottoms and small drainage holes. The top tier is slotted and therefore as it claims it definitely holds dishes, bowls, lids, and has the ability to hang coffee cups along it's side. The bottom tier is flat and doesn't have the holding slots which I was hoping they'd have, this tier is great for smaller cookie sheets, lids, and cutting boards, however anything that's on the larger side doesn't fit inside the bottom tier, and would essentially take up entirely too much space on the top tier. So these items you're going to need to either find a different way of air drying or hand dry them immediately. All in all this is a great dish rack, it has its inconveniences but overall I would choose this over the more conventional/traditional drying racks and a huge reason is this rack allows for proper drainage for everything.

Works well
Easy to assemble and not too large. Can hold a decent amount of weight (more than enough for the pots/pans I put on it), and the utensil holder is an added bonus. The bronze coating is nice too, I don’t expect it to rust anytime soon.

Not secure.
I don’t know if I just got one that is goofy but it doesn’t stay together. It was easy to assemble and works fine but the prongs keep popping off the outer bars and won’t stay on.Most likely going to have to tape, glue or weld it together but for $26, it should be more secure than it is.

ecstatically pleasing and cute
It doesn't hold as much as I would like m, like my other one does BUT it does do its job. And I cannot complain. I don't have a dishwasher and I also have chikdren so as you can imagine I have a lot of dishes. Lol. It's ecstatically pleasing just wish it were a little bit bigger. I did end up keeping my older dish rack and I ended up putting it on the other side of my sink for sippy cups and bottles and things but that was my idea it has nothing to do with the dish rack itself. I also bought these mats from Amazon to go underneath them and I think they work very well together. Thumbs up👍😁

Looks cool but not very functional
It looks cool but it just isn't very functional. Tippy and doesn't drain well.
