Review for Blue Exorcist vol 6
So Shura gets Rin and Bon drunk, by accident but still. That chick will never grow up no wonder her and Shiro got along. Shiro wasn't exactly by the book priest.Things are still tense amongst our group because of recent events and Rin showing who he is. I mean he didn't chose who his parents were but still he's being punished by some of the members of the group. Bon especially since the Blue Night was something that changed his life and the lives of others around him.The groups still in Kyoto, I believe that's where they are, as the heads of the various families gather at the temple. Myodha's temple is abuz with injured exorcists and the heads discussing who could've gotten through security to the eye. It must be an inside job, and like most groups fingers and accusations start flying to one another.Bon trying to remain cool through all the tension but it doesn't help when his father, Suguro, doesn't even show up to the meeting. Let's not forget that Suguro's the leader of the Myodha group. Things are looking bad for the bald monk because he was one of the people close to the eye when the barriers went down.Rin's still training with Shura as she continues to lounge about and not take anything seriously. Rin has to get stronger so as to control his flame and not loose the friends he's trying to gain back. Renzo's a laid back kind of dude and as we read in the previous book it's too much work trying to avoid Rin. Him and Rin are cool which helps Rin out in gaining some points. Our lovely Shiemi's working tirelessly to help the injured. Like everyone else she wants to grow stronger and be a companion everyone can count on when things get tough.Whew! What a cast and their all doing separate things, which I like. I don't like books that are simply just about a group and none of the members deal with things on their own. Or fight their own demons, physically or mentally.Things really blow up when another attempts made for the eye. C'mon everyone knows that the eyes important and the criminals will be back to actually gain the eye! Anyways, that's all I'm saying. I will say I do like the "bonus" stories and everything but I feel that I get half the main story and then the other half is bonus material. It's not a bad thing but still I want to read more of the story!Boob action because of Shura, we knew this would be her thing. Cuss words I think were in the book and some blood. I mean when you fight monsters all the time what do you expect? Anyways, so in love with this series!

In Love!
I absolutely love this anime, and I love the manga. The fact that all of the mangas were for sale pretty cheaply online is amazing! (The stores in my area sell for $10 or more per volume.) The books came in very good condition, without a single bend or fold in the covers, and they arrived only two days after I had ordered them. The art is very well done, and there is so much more content in the books than in the anime.Absolutely love this!

It appears this is when they decided to make this series an anime. I want more, so I bought the manga. Now I'm loving it.

The manga is a million times better than the anime!
Blue Exorcist (Ao no Exorcist) volume 6 contains chapters 20 to 23 plus 2 bonus chapters, a short bonus omake and a 4 panel comic! It is rated T+ for older teen (16+) due to violence, suggestive situations and some adult themes.Rin Okumura and his twin brother Yukio are the sons of Satan but they only found out about this after the man who raised them was killed by Satan. Unlike his twin brother, Rin has special powers in the form of blue flames. He enrolled in a special school which trains exorcists and found out that his twin brother is actually a teacher there. Now he wants to become strong enough to defeat Satan and protect his friends but first he has to learn how to control his powers and master his sword.Volume 6 continues the Kyoto arc that wasn't featured in the anime. There is a traitor among the families and they manage to steal the right eye! Rin reveals his flames in front of the others and is arrested. While he's locked up, he receives a letter from Suguro's dad which tells a story of when he met Fujimoto.Bonus Story 1: Phantom Train. Rin, Yukio and Shiemi go on a mission to defeat a phantom train that steals souls.Bonus Story 2: Kuro Runs Away. This was made into a special anime episode in October 2011.Extra Bonus Story: The author Kazue Kato (who looks very much like a rabbit) asks Rin, Yukio and Suguro for help regarding a bonus section for the manga. The bonus stories take up almost a third of the entire volume but they are very cute! We're halfway through this arc and I am really enjoying it!I couldn't find anything wrong with this volume, even the translation is well done!
