ADORABLE
This pet lizard has been a very big hit in our house with the grandchildren arguing over who is going to play with it - which, in turn, activates the lizard to make odd noises and movements. The more the kids argue, the more the lizard moves, which is making the kids laugh and continue fighting.Made of good materials, it is not very large, but it is a nice size that it can easily be played with on the floor or otherwise. It is not dangerous to your furniture, anyway in my house it isn't as it is spending a lot of time on the couch and on the dinner table.It has a very cute face and it truly does go with your voice. The louder the voices the better the animation and noises.I don't know how long the battery is going to last and I have to admit it does not have easy battery access, but for now, the movements and the lovely novelty are perfect to keep my grand children entertained.

Slightly underwhelming for us
After hearing rumours in our friend circles we were expecting a bit more.Pros:+ responds to sound and lights up, pretty fun for the kids to get some of their energy out+ fun wiggly legs and squishy exterior are fun adds+ good colours+ seems reasonably durable under normal circumstances (our kids at one point were literally throwing it across the room)Cons:- not sure if it is a good fit in our family, I don't think I want to ever encourage our kids to yell so I'm thinking about this- it doesn't really move all that fast, especially on softer surfaces (hard pile carpet), I think this is where most of our disappointment is; we expected this thing to really alter its speed based on volume of a yell but it tops out pretty quick- bit on the pricey sideUnfortunately after a few weeks of use our smallest kid (18 months old) took to chewing one of the wheels and dislodged the ripper grip. We were able to get it back on, but it doesn't really go straight any more. For the time we had good use of it, it was fun. It would make for a fun little birthday present and keeps the kids entertained for a while.
