Just Missed 5-Star
Perfect fit on my mustache crash bar and they look really sharp. An instruction sheet would’ve been nice to include since I was at first puzzled by the velcro straps on each side. I eventually figured out they supposed to connect together to pull and secure each side inward. I would suggest a snap at the end of each snap to clean up and prevent flapping of the loose ends beyond the velcro on each strap. I used a couple of paper clips but a more elegant solution should be included. If it were, I’d give the lowers a 5-star rating.

caused increased buffeting on my 2017 Chief
I read a few people stated these caused some lift (they angled downward, which would force air down and in theory I suppose could cause lift) but I did notexperience that. What I did experience was significantly increased buffeting. After about 50 miles I pulled them off and it went away. This is a shame because they look kind of nice on these bikes. But the increase in buffeting was not acceptable.

For the money
Looks good. Fits ok. Went straight on with ease, cross straps are as good as they could be. There alittle long so they can't be tightened fully, if the velcro was longer on the straps it would connect better. Looks well built, good stitching, strong snaps, the pouches look like the will be in the way during shifting & breaking, but I'll see on my ride tomorrow. Will update after I go for a ride, with pictures

Good fit; Blocks wind too much
Great looking and good fit. Didn't like how it blocked wind to the degree of instability. Probably great in bad weather and at lower speeds but rough in high winds at high speed.

Good quality closeoits
Well made and fit really nice on the moist ache bars. Work really well on cold and rainy days but do retain heat around your legs on warmer days. Only takes a few mins to pop on or off.

Fit HD after market FAT mustache gaurds
Fit is not perfect but pretty good. One thing is clear the two snapped straps will come apart at high speed. I am putting a locking ‘safety’ bolt in between the snaps that have wing nuts so I can remove by hand. This way if snaps fail due to buffeting, I won’t have to go back and pick them up off the road. Funny I thought the velcro would have been more of that issue...
