Tree was flat instead of round. Really disappointed.Would have returned but in process of moving. Usually pleased with items ordered from Amazon, not this time.

This tree is beautiful if you are looking for a "flat" ceramic tree. This would be better suited to fit flat against a wall. The seller offers the more traditional circular tree. I thought that was what I was purchasing. Viewing the thumbnail photo online wasn't sufficient for me to see the difference between the two trees. As this is a custom piece, I will now need to purchase another tree to get what we were looking for originally. In addition, the seller sent a tree with a chipped base, but was quite quick to respond to a return request with offering to send a replacement base. Overall, the seller was helpful and very punctual with communication. This offering should be more specific with the shape of the tree.

The most fantastically beautiful lighted ceramic Christmas Tree.This was for my anniversary present for my husband.Oh, boy did he love it. We use to have a 36 inch one for 20 years but the tree was broken in to pieces. I ordered the tree from Amazon and you have made us so very happy. Thank you for your service. The best.
