Decent output, base not the best, instructions very limited, but I am still testing its heat output. Good overall for a natutal gas heater.

What a total piece of crap. Do not, I repeat do not buy this. Total hazard. Terrible build from the bottom to the heating output. Heating output fine but this is too short, much shorter than other heaters you see. Very unstable, not safe at all. This is a return in my end and a friend who bought at the same time as I did. What a shame because it could have been good but terrible structure. That said it is not letting me return this. What a joke. Complete crap, unstable, unsafe.

First off, I hope I can delete my earlier review. The gas line was not hooked up correctly, and that was my bad. I spent a lot of time looking for natural gas, adjustable height outdoor heater. This one actually does quite nicely. Up here in Washington state, it’s really too cold to sit outside in the spring and autumn. The heat output on this can get quite warm, and it’s just perfect.

Assembly was a bit of a pain, but in the end, it was worth it. No more propane tanks to change out or buy! Plus I love the adjustable height which allows me to put it under the porch without fear of catching something on fire. It says it’s 16 inch clearance above the unit and 24 inches around the unit. I’m buying another one.

Lots of mis-matched parts, it’s like they sent me two different models. Too many issues to list all of them.

I've been shopping with Amazon for 25 years. This is the worst product I've ever purchased. The vendor quality has deteriorated rapidity in the past 10 years or so.This heater design is flawed beyond reason. It is almost impossible to attach the brace (post) to the base and water/sand tank. The engineering is all wrong. Take a look at the photos and try to understand how is it possible to assemble without a workbench, clamps, and perhaps a vice with two other people.The water or sand has to be filled first. Then the bolts must pass through the post, base and the cheap plastic water tank where the nut is to be seated for tightening. The plastic water tank filled is now 35 pounds, but gravity is pulling on the nut so the screwing is difficult to accomplish.Just let me get one bolt threaded onto the nut. But the nut rips through the bottom of the cheap plastic water/sand tank rendering it useless.By the way, the tank leaked water and sand almost immediately after filling it.In need a refund and packaging to send this crap back. The original packaging has already made its way to the recycling facility.Broken english instructions did not help either!

Purchased the heater as a Christmas present for my wife. Received and it was easy to assemble. The heater would light but would not stay lit. Contacted the seller and he was very responsive. The seller quickly diagnosed the issue as a defective switch and sent out a replacement heater. The heater works great! Outstanding customer service!!

The product is well built. Takes a little time and know how to assemble. But it works like charm. It is a solid product.
