Very good quality,milk protein based not cheap plant protein
Best protein drink especially curated for pregnant women. Unlike other brands which has mostly cheap plant protein, this one has milk protein along 2ith probiotics. Our gynaecologist prescribed us good thing its available on amazon fresh so can get bit cheaper
