This is an extremely strong tape you have to use over a cloth sleeve if you don't want to rip your skin off when taking it off. It is meant for hospital and or extreme applications for wounds. I had to send it back because it didn't work for me.

Great tape...I'm using to tape up my foot due to plantar fasciatis. It support my arch & heel well which significantly helps to reduce the pain. I used a couple of other brands but I prefer this brand because if the way it feels and seems to hold to my foot well, where other brands lifted at the edges.

My Physical Therapist taught my husband to tape my heel with this tape because of bursitis. I can shower with this tape and it is not irritating to my skin. When I remove it, there is only a slight edge of tape that removes easily with nail polish remover. We have been taping my heel for about 3 weeks and it helps to support my heel while it is healing. Taping has given me relief of pain. I would recommend this tape to any one who needs taping for an injury.

I used to buy this tape for the last six years. My Physical Therapist taped my feet for plantar fasciitis pain, and it worked instantly. I had very bad PF foot pain for at least five years, and the podiatrist did not even know about this taping technique. The Physical Therapist was a miracle worker.Unfortunately, I have become allergic to the adhesive in the last few years. I always use the Coverall tape as a liner, and it works, so I don't develop a skln rash. The Leukotape tape tends to stick when peeling it off the roll, so there is some wastage in the application of same. This is the best waterproof tape, and can be worn for a few days, before replacing it.

I wouldn't go backpacking without this stuff. Even before I set foot on the trail, I tape up where I know I'll get blisters. The tape will stay on for days, so no need to worry about it. The moment I start noticing discomfort anywhere on my feet, I will stop and tape the area or the toe, and I don't get blisters. This stuff works the best for me. In order to save weight, what I did was wrap some of it around a straw and then cut the straw to size. That way I only bring a bit more than I need.
