CAP Barbell Weighted Workout Bar | 5-20 lb | Multiple Options

This weighted bar is so amazing. I use it in my physical therapy exercises. Just enough weight at 12 pounds to get the job done without being too heavy. I have other brands of these weighted bars. And by far, this is my absolute favorite because of the padding. It has a whole lot more padding than all the other mismatched brands I own. However, out of all my weighted bars, this is the one my cats go after! They must really like the way the padding feels when they sharpen their claws on it. So be aware....... if you have cats........ put the Cap bar some place where cats can't get to it!

Right size and weight, had cushion on bar making easier to grip

It’s so easy to pick up and use throughout the day. It tea gets the burn going and you don’t have to know perfect form to use it. It kinda makes it hard to mess up. I’m building slender muscles in my arms and it’s my favorite new piece of equipment.

i use this every day to increase my shoulder and back mobility. I love the softness of the stick, so I can also massage the neck with it, and use it under thighs for Upward Facing Dog. Well, I found plenty of uses besides the obvious, truly love this product.

This 5-pound body bar is exactly what I wanted to help strengthen the sides of my hips. I am in my 60s, and the weight is light enough for me to lift my legs with the bar on them, but heavy enough for a good strengthening workout. The bar arrived exactly on the date stated, was well packaged, and is perfect. Hopefully, as my strength increases, I will buy another one that is a higher weight. I will definitely order from this seller again.

I wasn't sure about this, but I love working with it. It's helping me develop out my core. Thinking of buying another, in a different weight, to complement it. Really like it!

Truthfully I got this as a gift but it’s always nice to have a very light barbell around for someone who’s just getting into fitness!
