Highly recommend.
Bought it for my camper but was too big so brought it in house. I truly love this machine. I use it for everything. Baking, toasting, air fry, and more. I wish it had a smaller version for my camper. I truly enjoy it. Highly recommend! Update: This is fantastic!! Baked porkchops, rolls, air fried onion rings & update: Bought a newer camper and bought another oven! Love this!!potatoe wedges; broiled hamburgers. All came out better than my gas oven and didn’t heat up my house!! Keep forgetting to try the thermometer because I have one I like to use already but will make a point of it to update. By the way love the drop tray that you pull out to clean! So much easier!!

Extremely nice features and quality
Haven't yet had an opportunity to try all of the features, such as air frying, but toasting, baking, and warming are very nice, efficient, and easy to use. The biggest thing to get used to is not having a light inside so sometimes it's difficult to know if the unit is on or not until the glow of the heating elements are visible. But it's not a big issue, and possibly the reason why there isn't a light as with Oster is because that would reduce the interior capacity a bit.

DO NOT BUY
1. The instructions do not explain how the timer works. If you want to set the timer for 5 min, it will look like this: 0:05. Not 5:00. 10 mins: 0:10, etc. Timer only goes to 2 hours. (2:00. ) It took 3 of us to figure this out!2. When baking, both the upper and lower heating elements are on.3. It takes just as long to bake and broil as my 20 yr old Black and Decker did .4. After air frying, it is almost impossible to clean the inside, especially the top.5. Of course the outside stainless steel is almost impossible to clean 6. Oven gets VERY, VERY hot on the outside.7. Door does not close properly--there is a small gap. 8. One rack is bent.9. Oven makes loud continuous banging noises as if you were in an MRI!10. Bagel and toast have 7 shades. They are barely browned on 5.11. You must pre-heat before putting food in oven . It counts down in minutes (??) , and then you can put food in the oven.12. No receipes came with the oven.13. Hamilton Beach has NO customer service number. You must communicate by e-mail. I e-mailed 4 times before they responded.14. If you bake something at 450 degerees for 0:20 (20 minutes) , the oven will not re-set back to zero when you want to use it again.15. If I had to do it all over again, I would buy a Black and Decker.16. BUY SOMETHING ELSE!!!

Slow to heatup, but provides very consistent temperatures.
We really like this toaster oven. It's simple and intuitive to use. And while it heats up slowly (taking up to 10 minutes to reach 400 degrees), once it reaches the set temperature, it stays exactly at that temperature. For our testing we used an oven thermometer that's been very consistent over the years. The toaster oven says it reaches the desired temperature several minutes before the thermometer showed it had reached the correct temp. If you're going to use this toaster oven for baking or roasting, that consistent temp is really helpful and I personally will gladly wait the extra time for it to heat up.We also noticed the outside of the oven stays quite a bit cooler than our last toaster oven did.We haven't used the air frying. Toasting with it seems a bit under powered and takes 1.5 times through to get it toasted. Although we are using gluten free bread and it takes more to toast it than regular bread does for some reason. It really could use an internal light. And the buttons sometimes seem to be a bit off, sometimes requiring pushing one way or another until they pop and start registering. It seems to be more of a fit and finish issue than something that will eventually break.... Hopefully. The only other con is that it took almost 12 hours of running the oven at 400+ degrees to get rid of the horrible smell from what ever chemicals they used on it (probably the easy clean finish which I'd happily trade for a non-carcinogenic option). Our last toaster oven also took quite a while to cook off the fumes so that's just how toaster ovens are now I guess.

Another generic made in China product
Bought this in January 2023 , worked really great , especially liked the temp probe , but by October 2023 the circuit board malfunctioned and it stopped working , supposed to have a three year warranty , but after multiple times calling the warranty department could never get a answer just recording , left e- mails but no reply , apparently this is just a disposable product if it quits you just throw it away , for the company will not honor their warranty or ever answer your inquiry , I will not buy another Hamilton Beach product since they wont honor their warranty or even give me the consideration of a reply .

Love this appliance
I like that it is an all in one appliance. It is a little difficult for my husband. I researched this one and it was second behind one that was around $300. It is great for the price. I have a small kitchen and to only have one instead of two on my counter.

Misplaced probe
The temperature probe was not where it should be; took a while to find it, hidden away in the packing materials. Otherwise easy to put together. Haven't used it yet. Should work fine.

Just one negative
So far, great for baked potatos, pizza, toast, waffles, reheating leftovers, and bagels (I didn't know I needed a bagel mode, but wow they are perfectly done on a 3 setting!) Going to try probe cooking for the first time on our Thanksgiving turkey breast. Just one thing that bugs my wife: occasionally (like once or twice) during an extended heating or cooling cycle, you might hear a pronounced "boom". Clearly just some metal panel expanding or contracting, but the wife finds it objectionable (basically because it startles her). Well, if the proof is in the pudding, then I don't mind an occasional sound effect.
