The shield is a great first time build as it has a low number ...
These kits can be difficult. You will need a needle nose pliers to put this together. The shield is a great first time build as it has a low number of parts, most parts are quite large, and there are a few small and delicate pieces that get you used to what these models may require of you

Very cool!
Such a fun little puzzle project! My mom bought some other ones for my husband as a stocking stuffer and now he is obsessed with these! He has completed at least ten and wants to eventually get all of them. It's a nice evening activity on a rainy day or something that really seems to take his mind off of anxiety after a hard day of work. He is able to complete them with the use of just a pair of tweezers. No glue necessary. They actually look awesome when they're complete too! We have them hanging out in our lounge room.

Way to hard to assemble, unclear instructions.
Instructions are not clear enough on what folds to make. On top of that. Stripping the metal parts of the metal pallet is way to hard. Some meta broke coming off the metal sheet. Directions say wire cutters recommended lmao. Who just has that laying around ?. A lot of pieces and if you over fold one and it falls off you’re screwed.

Cool model
My 10 yr old son said it was not easy to build but it was very fun to work on it. He loves the final result. It looks beautiful, he added a LED inside. Final hammer model is about 5" (handle) by 2.5". Not as big as some pictures depict.

From one star to FIVE STARS
The media could not be loaded. SO COOL!!! I enjoy putting these together and have done about twenty of them, I am far from an expert and my first three ended up a wad of broken metal, rage and profanity with a one star rating. There is a special way to assemble these because these are not typical models. Do not waste your money on needle nose pliers, I used several sized tweezers and very small fine point wire cutters. A lot of these cannot be put together without tweezers. I used a variety of pens and cables to help me round some parts. You can see on my video that I put these together far from perfect but just being able to put them together makes me happy and pleased with myself. Take your time, take breaks if you get frustrated, pay attention to the directions and how you twist/bend tabs and it doesn't hurt to keep some quick drying clear super glue on hand (I've had to use super glue before when I broke a tab and you can hardly notice if you apply with a needle or tac). Have fun

I wanted to snap these out of existence
This was very difficult. It took me 6 hours to do both of them. The pieces are so very small. The tabs and holes are even smaller. My fingers are sore from trying to maneuver the pieces together. I did use tweezers as suggested but it was still so difficult. I ended up finishing it and adding glue to places because it didn’t feel like the teeny tiny tabs would hold. They are cute little keepsakes, but I wish I would have just bought something prefabricated because it wasn’t worth it to make it myself. Honestly, I would have quit but I didn’t want to waste the money I spent on them.

More difficult to assessmble (heh) than you would expect
The product itself appears as advertised, it is just not easy for a beginner to put together. You don't have a lot of room for error, as the small metal pieces can break if you are have to manipulate them more than a couple of times. What made it more difficult, was that the packaging was an envelope. Of course the delivery resulted in the pieces being slightly bent. Ordinary not a big deal, as it didn't "damage" the product. However, with the small margin of error that these pieces need to fit correctly, bends or variations result in abnormal fit and thus more potential for breakage.I bet it is a cute little desktop product, but honestly I gave up after a couple of the pieces broke off.
