i bought this all in 1 as i was looking to put a bit of bulk on for the new year. both strawberry and vanilla are good, although the strawberry is very sweet maybe they could ease back on the sweetners a tad.been using 100g split into 3 shakes throughout the day, and along with hard training and clean carbs i have put on 3lbs in the last 2 weeks.also you can tell that it contains creatine as the first few days i was taking it i felt slightly wired like from an expresso. this soon goes away once you get used to it tho.oh and the price...£23.95 for 5kg!!! it was obviously a typo, but i made the most of it and bought 2. although the regular price of £35 is still good value at discountsupplements.all in all, excellent product. will use again.

This product is full of sugar and does not work. Tasted it for the first time after a workout and almost made me vomit with the amount of sugar placed in the product. Don't get it, a waste of my money!!

This product is really good and defiantly gives the person using it decent results. I.e. giving you the boost and recovery you need for the next day at the gym. however one thing i will say is that even with a blender it is very powdery, and can taste the powder no matter what i have tried. i.e. less milk/water. and more milk/water. still powdery. but all in all still a good product for a good price

This is a great product, has helped me put on mass on strength. Anyone who is serious about lifting should take this, value for money. You will bench loads brahh
