Tomatillo Salsa

I could really like this (and do) but it is just too hot for my taste. Next time I will have to search for something milder.

Delicious! A great balance of tang and spice.

I was making a chicken taco recipe that called for tomatillo salsa and the recipe said this was also called salsa verde. That's just not true. The salsa verde in my supermarket did not even list tomatillos in the ingredients. Checked another market and found the same thing. This is the real deal and is delicious.

Excellent taste. Thicker then what you can find in a grocery store.

Hotter than I was expecting. I'd say it's medium heat. I like mild.
