T901-6 Ant Killer Plus 3lb. Shaker Bag(2Pack)

We spent lots of time trying to figure out where all the ants were coming from and trying to keep things extra clean to discourage the ants from appearing everywhere (after living in the house for 25 years and never having this problem). Nothing made much of a difference. I really didn't want to use pesticide sprays, especially in my kitchen where the problem was most prevalent.Then I tried the Terro products. I bought a lot of different Terro products -- preparing for a war instead of a skirmish. It turns out I didn't need very much at all I set out about 6 of the little liquid traps inside the house, and one day later the ants were gone. That was 2 months ago.Notes:1) I bought way more than i needed. Start with a small buy and just get more if you find you need it.2) The liquid traps worked. I also bought ThIs outside shaker bag because I thought the ants might be coming in from nests around the foundation. The liquid traps worked so well I never had to use the other options I purchased.3) The liquid traps are fairly safe because they contain a sweet liquid. The ants find the yummy stuff and take it back to the nest. Then some other ants find out about it and follow the trail back to the trap to get more and take it back to the nest. The nest gets saturated and goodbye to all of the ants, even the ones that didn't find the trap.4) The only think I didn't like about the liquid traps was that they can spill easily. To address that I a) stuck them down with removable double-sided tape and b) put a sticky label on top of them that said not to move them, so the housecleaners and guests wouldn't mess with them.

We moved into our new home over winter, but when it got warmer, the ants came out. We live in the south and our yard had roughly 6-8 separate nests. Using just one bag, following the instructions, and giving extra around the nests, all colonies seem to have been wiped out. Not seen any sign of activity over the past month!!I was particularly impressed that I put the poison down the day before we had a long massive storm the severe winds and rain that resulted in significant flooding. Many parts of our garden were underwater for 24 hours (ants easily survive flooding), but the poison wasn't washed away, it worked perfectly.The shake bag system took a little to get used to but when I got the movement it was quick and easy, and any thought of buying a spreader was forgotten, and I may even try using the bad for fertilizing the lawn if the granules are roughly the same size.To conclude: well worth the money and I would buy again... if I need to, but so far not sure I will.

Great Product !

This is the only product worth buying to treat for bugs. I bought a vacant house that had a major ant and spider problem and after one round of this around the perimeter and spraying with liquid where an exterminator would inside the ants are completely gone and the spiders nearly gone. Very pleased with the results. I "retreat" every three months now as a peremptory strike but this is so much better than paying a professional.

Works great. We had ants for years and the professional exterminators could not get rid of them. After firing several of them we used this and got very fast results. No more ants!!! I keep an extra bag handy just in case we see more I can do a touch up application.

Didn’t seem to do much for my ant problem.

This product is great and I love the fact that all I have to do is unzip the top, turn it upside down, and shake it onto the grass. No touching it with my hands, no measuring out into a shaker, none of that. And the ants get dead very quickly! Great results, great product.
