These plates look beautiful except for the plastic giveaway - something like a raised dot in the center of the plates, BUT they are very thin and feel quite cheap. This is compared to the ones I bought from " OCCASIONS " which are also plastic but much more sturdy. But they did hold up to a full plate of food without a problem.

I was disappointed in the quality of these. The gold rim rubs off pretty easy. I won't be using them for my daughter's wedding. They will suffice for a wedding shower.

These plates have a elegant appearance. However, they are labeled "heavyweight" but they really are too thin. I did not feel like returning so I hope it will be able to hold the food.

These looked beautiful for my Thanksgiving dinner. I was able to keep the look of a high end place settings with disposable plates! A little thinner than I would of liked but definitely worth the price!They spark in the microwave so there is some sort of metal in the rim!

Very elegant plate. Was a bit disappointed the dinner plates were not more than 15. Since my guest is 45. But other than that they are perfect some came broken. I would be calling Amazon tomorrow. But Amazon is excellent in returns.

Ordered these for the thanksgiving table. Guests said they looked like real china and I loved the easy cleanup ! They are washable and the plastic is recyclable .

Decent for the price

These were the perfect plates for on stage. Looked great yet no fear they would break. And they were "quieter" than real china...no clinking!
