Easier and quicker than others to start driving
Got this after returning previous different make that took so long to get through programming screens you'd need an extra days holiday! Also went faulty and give credit for service they replaced it only for that to go faulty too. So credit again for service refunded in full and bought this which is a F1 car in comparison. Simple and easy to set up and be on your way, clear graphics, no problems so far. 2021

Good product as always
Brought this for my new camper. Had one before, they are amazing product and I like the fact you enter your van weight/length etc and it finds the best way to your destination only thing is had no instructions 🤔 which would be a problem to someone who has never had one.

Snooper sat nav
Having had a snooper for 14yrs I decided to upgrade to a newer model, great improvement on my old unit and the magnetic mount saves having to keep removing the plug. Only problem i now have afteronly a few hours is on/off button stuck in. Seems very flimsy compared to my old unit.

Rubbish, wouldn't recommend it
Seemed OK when we got it, was easy to set upThe first time using it ,it kept shutting down whilst driving, then the screen froze, and the battery kept loosing charge

Good Satnav but description misleading
I bought the Ventura S6900 EU. In the brief description was mentioned that it included TMC. The magnetic holder does have the TMC antenna, but the satnav itself doesn't offer the TMC functionality. Snooper support says this is not available on this model, I have to buy the Pro model, which is £100 more expensive. If the description had not been misleading then I would have given more consideration to also TomTom or Garmin. I however decided to keep it, it's a good Satnav and hasn't led me up narrow roads yet.

Sorry not what i expected
I never got to use it the instruction were too confusing, said update with usb, do not power with usb it will become damaged.....so how do i update. Customer service from fist to last DID NOT READ WHAT I PUT DOWN. so never asnwered the problem so i sent it back sill in its packaging
