I am a bit paranoid when it comes to my Oculus Quest 2. It was a Christmas present from my partner, and I'm so scared that I'm going to break it beyond repair somehow. One of the things I was particularly worried about, was sun damage to the lenses/screen. I had previously resorted to stuffing my Quest 2 with screen cleaning cloths, but really wanted a purpose-built accessory.This lens cover fits my device perfectly, and I've got no doubt that the opacity is more than sufficient to protect my device from sun damage. I wish I didn't have to pay as much as I did for it, but I'm definitely glad that I bought it.You have to manipulate the product a bit to get it to fit snugly in the interface of the Quest 2, but I'm not sure there's any other way that would keep it in place, so I don't mind at all.I'd highly recommend this for any Oculus/Meta Quest 2 device owners that want to prolong the life of their console!

Just what I needed.After I found out you can’t replace the oculus lenses I realised I need to be super careful with them.I read someone saying they touch the lens- if you do this you’re putting it in wrong- they are designed to sit above the lenses so they block dust but don’t touch them. Basically you just very lightly place this in the headset and it covers the lenses- put the middle in first and then lightly tuck the left and right edges in against the rubber of the quest. Doesn’t touch the lenses and keep them safe! :)

Brought this and a direct from China one for 4 pounds. This one is soo much better. Definitely worth the 2.5x more money. Make sure you turn off the quest 2 wake function as when it sees dark it thinks you have put it on !

As far as lens covers go, this one seems fine. However, despite the lenses on my Quest 2 being clean and the lens cover being brand new, after I fitted it and then removed it, there were smudges on my lenses. The point of a lens cover is to keep them clean - I think ANYTHING touching them is always going be counterproductive in retrospect, so I actually won't be using this product. Having to be fastidious enough to stop your lens cover ever getting dirty or dusty is actually harder than just making sure you don't get dirt and dust on your lenses. I can imagine if one put the lens cover down on a dusty/dirty surface, it will pick up that dirt and then transfer it to your lenses when you use it. Best just keep everything away from the lenses and be done with.

Simply put: The sun hates your headset! So protect the display with this simple cover! Soft and won't scratch your precious lenses. They also help stop dust if you plan on leaving your headset for any length of time.

I have my quest out on show and lenses were able to collect dust this stops dust from getting in and also protects them from any sunlight hitting the open lenses causing damage to the lenses or screen

Protegen muy bien las lentes y están hechas de un material que se ve adecuado y de calidad para su función. Otro punto fuerte es que no obstruyen (como la mayoría de protectores de lentes) el sensor de proximidad con lo que al ponerlo para guardarlas no se encienden las gafas como pasa con otros protectores si tenemos activada la opción de encendido automático.Lo malo es que es caro o muy caro para lo que es, pero como aún así tampoco es que sea mucho dinero entonces, y si estás buscando un protector de lentes, no compres otro que porque te ahorres 3-4 euros ya que este merece la pena.
