Purchased this pan just for omelettes, but now I use it as my daily pan. Really built nice !

It seems to be well made and if cleaned properly should last a good long time. I am disappointed that for the price it didn't come with a matching lid. I have an induction range top and it works perfectly with it. seems to heat quickly and evenly. Easy to clean, and no sticking problems. However I would avoid metal utensils and putting this in the dish washer. It says it should be safe, but at this price who wants to take any chances*UPDATE*: after a little over 2 years of light Home Use, washing by hand and taking care of the pan, the Non stick coating is starting to Flake off. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this product. I thought I was getting something that would last a lifetime if carefully cared for. Turns out I was wrong. There are other pans that seem to work and last much better. AVOID THIS ONE

Have not had this pan for long, but, appears to be the same high quality as most All-Clad items. It has worked great on my induction stove a number of times. The coating makes the pan easy to use and clean. Hopefully, it will last, as, in the past, non-stick pans from All-Clad have had adhesion and wear problems.

I like how amazing it is. True non-stick. I've been cooking for 13 years and tried many "non-stick" labelled pan. Tefal, Turkish granite, German technology, all of them will start to stick after a month.This one is still amazing! Very heavy and it really feels a quality in the handHow to take care of it??1) High heat with this pan is a big no no2) Wash gently with soft spongue, sometimes I only wipe it with tissuesDis:The 2 knobs that hold the handle is sticky to food. I am afraid to clean them well and scratch my non-stick layer.Will buy the bigger size from the same brand in the future

This is one fabulous pan. In every way.

This solid, well designed non-stick pan is perfect for making French-style omelettes. The edges are at just the right angle and my omelettes slide easily off.
