A lot of flicker
I wanted to replace the bulb, the flickering was so bad, it fell like an horror movie. Unfortunately, although these do it less, they do flicker too when switched on. Very disappointed. A better solution is to buy the adapter and plug in LED bulbs

They work - 60s style
I bought these bulbs to replace the original Panasonic bulbs in two Panasonic bath fans with lights. The Panasonic bulb featured 4 individual lamp tubes formed together; this item features two ‘U’ tubes bent into the same form factor. PROS: the light color and intensity match the original - these may be brighter than original. CONS: it takes a consistent 3 seconds of flickering before these bulbs are ‘on’. The original Panasonic bulbs turn on almost immediately. This was the case for both of the bulbs I installed from the four back. I would not buy theses again.

Buzz Buzz Buzz - That's What Each One Does
I had to replace 4 annoying ceiling / fan lights and this one seemed identical to what I had in the socket prior. Great that they fit but sadly they buzz. I got the 4 pack and cycled through all but they all buzz. Not sure if I'll just put up with this (some of the fan noise will drown out buzz) or try out one of those LED versions. I got scared away from the LED ones because some say don't use with ballast light - should have done more research and tried one of them.

Slow starting.
Not so good. The Panasonic FQ13E35 U/2, which I was trying to replace, had 'instant start', that is they lit up right after the switch was thrown. These crackle (audible pops) and flicker for a few seconds before stabilizing. Once stable, the light color and intensity are fine.

Sylvania always has good quality. This is the first time that I have purchased from this seller. I am very happy with the speed, cost, and packaging of the product. I needed the bulbs right away and I was very happy to get them when I needed it.

Safety concerns
This product low quality broke so easy while installing and major safety concerns, after installed almost 2 weeks light bulb exploded.
