Can you disable the door opened beep?

Actually, you cannot. I own this safe, and I have the user's manual. You can turn on and off the keypad beeps and such, but the *door open* beep that begins once the door has been open for a couple of minutes cannot be turned off. Here is a link to the user's manual. How do you remove the shelves to space them out different? They seem pretty secure, and I don't want to break the clips trying to remove them.

Hello!You push in the 2 "hands" and the shelf holder will release the shelf at that end. After you release all 4 ends and the shelf is removed, you can press up the bottom of the shelf holder and you should be able to remove the shelf holder and move it to a preferable lever and adjust the shelf. To secure the shelf in place, simply align the shelf above the shelf holder and press down, so you that the "hands" of the shelf holder will click in place. You can email me for a visual.
