I bought this product hoping change/improve my eating habits.I have plenty of weight to lose but I'm not expecting any pill to do the hard work.I've been having different cravings after I had my son, that I just can't seem to control.Mostly carbs and sugar. Not good!So I don't know if it did absorb some of the carbs. I didn't lose weight. And it didn't ease cravings.There were days where I noticed that I ate a bit less.But! It would bloat me.This doesn't mean I wouldn't give it another try. Especially because I have a sensitive stomach. Anything can upset it. So I'm still going to try it again after I do a detox.

When following a low carb diet, if I eat a carb heavy meal it makes me feel like crap. If I take this product before a carb heavy meal it keeps me from having that icky feeling. I love this product because I am able to treat myself with more carbs than usual and I still stay on track with my weight loss and as mentioned above I don't feel sick from eating too many carbs. I'm not sure if it works as well taking it while not following a low carb diet. I'm very happy with my purchase. Hope everyone who tries it has great results too.

I bought this product of white kidney bean extract, because it was capsule form (not wafer), and contained zero sugar, unlike the last brand I purchased. I have not finished my bottle yet, but thus far, my abdomen appears slimmer, and since there's no added sugar, I know I'm not getting unnecessary added ingredients. The product contains zero binders, is sourced from a GMP and FDA certified facility, which is extremely important to me. I also appreciate that it's made in the USA. I'm planning to purchase another bottle soon, so I don't run out, and can continue in my weight loss journey.

Easy to swallow, no aftertaste. Just started taking this, but I can already tell it’s going to work. It’s been great at suppressing my appetite. I can only assume that by doing so, I should start seeing a pound or two shed. I’ve had no adverse reactions from taking this. Would order again!

The White Kidney Bean Carb & Starch Blockers are great. I'm addicted to carbs and know that if I can stop eating them, I will reach my weight loss goals. With these, I'm able to achieve that. I've felt great taking them before and after my meals.

Great for curbing appetite and helping block those extra carbs that I tend to over do it with. Love that you can take immediately before the meal and not hours before for it to work.

When taking this I can definitely tell that many of the carbs are blocked, as when eating a carb rich meal I don't feel any crash in energy vs when I don't take these.
