Great headset for business use
This product works great with my Windows 10 work laptop. I had no problems connection the dongle and then getting it working with Teams and Skype. The ear cups are really comfortable.

No dongle included with my order. Sound great with bluetooth though.
The build quality is good enough, would have liked there to be test on\around the button to identify what they do. Sound quality is good. Voice quality is good, 10/10 according to a coworker.I can connect to the PC and Mobile with Bluetooth with no issues. However... Even on this page, there have been questions asked to clarify if the product came with the dongle. My shipment did not include any dongles(s).The EPOS Connect app does not work on my PC or Mobile. , even with the headphones clearly paired and playing music.The packaging was minimal at best. But there is no obvious damage in any way. Your results may very.I have been able to just use a Bluetooth connection to my PC and it works with all of my voice applications. Teams, VOIP, Slack. No issues.Doesn't come with a user manual. Easy to search for.A lot to like but also a fair amount to dislike.
