Crafter TG200H Headstock Tuner

No tuner beats this for it's versatility to price ratio. It can stay mounted on the headstock of almost any stringed instrument as long as you have a case with room in that area. Large display that shows a big letter of the note you are tuning. It also turns green when the note is in tune. Switchable to tune with the built in mic or through the vibrations of the instrument(peizo). The peizo mode is awesome because you can tune an acoustic instrument in loud environments. It swivels so you can adjust it to a comfortable viewing angle. Accurate. Adjustable pitch setting(default 440Hz).Need I say more? Totally worth it for under $20 rather than at least $80 for a decent rackmount tuner. Unfathomably quicker than an inconvenient hand held tuner that you need to plug your instrument into.Stop thinking and do it already!

It is easy to use, accurate, and I prefer it over most clip-on tuners I've used in the past even thought It was a few dollars more than some, you get what you pay for.

Simply put, this thing rocks! Both my acoustic and electric guitars have never been so accurately in tune until I got this handy little guy. It comes in a real small package but it's big on performance. To anyone thinking about buying a clip-on headstock tuner, THIS IS IT!! Can't say enough about how pleased I am with it's accuracy and ease of use. It illuminates green when you're in tune so even if your eyesight isn't great, you can still easily see when you hit the mark. It's very portable too, I will gladly be bringing this with me to every jam session! This is one guitar accessory purchase you won't regret.

I hardly ever use my guitar and remove this tuner when not in use. It's supposed to go into power off mode yet it still drains batteries. Maybe it's defective.[DW]

I bought this tuner a few years ago to tune my pedal harp, and have been very pleased with it. I use the chromatic setting, clip it to my tuning pegs, set it to mic, and off I go! I do end up having to move it as the strings I tune get farther away from the tuner, but that's not a big deal at all. Also, when I get to my bass strings, I find it much easier to switch it to the pick-up setting to tune those, since they sound so low. My only complaint is that sometimes it can be rather difficult to tune my 0 octave and 1 octave strings, because the mic has a much harder time picking those up. But then again, this tuner isn't "meant" for a harpist, so I can't really complain.All in all, this is a fantastic tuner, and well worth the price. It goes with me anywhere my harp goes, and is a life saver. I highly recommend it! :)

I purchased this tuner along with two other clip-on tuners (a snark and a korg). I then compared all three to my Turbo Tuner, which is a highly accurate strobe tuner. The crafter was terrible. It tracked very slow and was just plain inaccurate on the low E and A strings. This was true on both electric and acoustic guitars. The korg was the most accurate and fastest tracking of the clip-on tuners. The snark is the most "user friendly" of the 3, good for casual tuning situations.Perhaps I just got a lemon but my advice is: do not buy this!

Slow to detect low B string on a 5 string bass. Like the design. Great display.

Had one of these for a few years and broke the clamp off of it when a guitar got knocked over. I successfully glued it on and it lasted for another 6 months or so but then couldn't get the glue to stick. Bought a new one on here and love it just like the old one. So far one of the most accurate head stock tuners I've used. A definite must have for any players either beginners or giggers. The only reason I took a star off is because the head stock clamp is a little flimsy compared to other (mostly junky) tuners.

Works well used every day. Seem well made and stronger than others I have seen. Time will tell. Have compared it with my other tuner and both agree so appears accurate. Well pleased

Als die Lieferung prompt wie gewohnt ankam, wunderte ich mich erstmal über dieses mikrige kleine "Teil".Im Internet sah es doch so groß wie ein TomTom aus. Doch die kleinen Maße haben natürlich auch ihre Vorteile.Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach. Einschalten --> Gitarre auswählen --> Instrument stimmen --> fertig.Ich kann dieses Gerät mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, da einfach alles passt.

Stimmt die Gitarre super, selbst meine 12 Saiter ist kein Problem damit.Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Handhabung. Das Ding hat zwar viele Gelenke, aber in eine sinnvolle Position bekomme ich es damit nicht. Tut aber der Sache insgesamt aber keinen Abbruch.
