Adjustable Heel Lift, Medium (Pack of 6)

Love this lift. One leg is shorter than the other and I have corrective shoes, but what about all the other shoes including slippers. I've tried several lifts. The rubber ones make my feet sweaty and do not come in the size lift I needed, meaning I needed two of them for the proper lift. Also when I was purchasing those Dr. Scholl's lifts they are one for each foot. I was putting both in one slipper, but they were always slipping. I used two of these lifts together, which is 1 inch. They stay in pretty much, but I plan on gluing them permanently together. The great thing is the thin edge of the lifts are not noticeable to the bottom of my feet. I purchased the large because I wear a ladies wide 10 shoe. They are slightly too large for my tennis shoe, but perfect for my slippers, which has no back, but an edge around the perimeter to hold them in. I highly recommend these.

I think I bought about 20 of these, as you get tired of changing them from shoe to shoe and I have a lot of shoes. They help prevent Si joint pain, and are comfortable. These are the ones my PT recommended. Not the squishy ones. . .

Warwick adjustable heel lifts recommended by my Chiropractor. Comfortable, value for money and stays in place if adhesion is adjusted (as directed by medical provider/or as desired) And must place inside at shoe heel correctly to get full benefit. Shoes must fit your foot appropriately as well. All in all it is a great product for me and has aided in my therapy for back pain.

A few years ago my chiropractor informed me that my left leg was a bit shorter than the right which was causing my back pain. He recommended heel lifts and sold me 2 lifts at $30 each. These cost less than that for 6 lifts. I keep a lift in all my left shoes and it has definitely alleviated the pain. These lifts also alleviated the pain in my wallet. Only downside is that the adhesive on the bottom doesn't hold and they slide down in the shoe which is very uncomfortable. I just put a spot of Krazy glue and it works just fine.

After hip replacement many years ago one of my legs is shorter than the other. This heel lift makes up for the difference.
