Crushing garlic by yourself can sometimes be a hassle and is time consuming.Quality: This is stainless steal and feels amazing. I really liked this because it was study and dependable. The handles are easy to grip and you don't feel like you are going to get arthritis pressing down. My mom is the cook in the family so it is nice and handy for her to use as well, especially since we go through a lot of garlic. It comes with a brush to clean with so clean up is a breeze! It's handy because you just scrape the bits off with the brush, then soap and water is an easy fix. The media could not be loaded.  Garlic is a must-have staple in our house but I'm never owned a garlic press before to be able to make my own minced garlic. I usually just buy the minced garlic in the jars from the store, but I've always known that fresh is best! Now that I've gotten my hands on one of these fabulous devices I've been enjoying fresh garlic galore.This isn't a cheap, dollar-tree press, it's a sturdy stainless steel with gripper handles. It's very easy to use as you'll see in the video, my 10 year old can literally use it. By the way, that guacamole in the picture was fabulous with the fresh garlic! I throw this in the dishwasher to wash and haven't had any leftover garlic residue left behind after cleaning. But if you do decide to hand wash this it comes with a brush to help clean out the crevices. Happy pressing! This is a very nice press. It is made of quality metal and the rubber handles are nice and thick. The metal holes are nice and sharp so it presses the garlic quickly and easily which is great because I use a lot of fresh garlic that I usually mince with a knife. I love that it leaves the skin in the press and the garlic on the outside and the brush that comes with it makes clean up super easy.
