so far seems to be a nice and functional chair

A pleasant surprise I wanted an all purpose chair for my shampoo bowl this is height adjustable, sturdy and very comfortable!

Purchased 2 of these chairs from this place. After 5 weeks one of our chairs started leaking oil from the reclining cylinder( not the hydraulic). Stopped working completely after 1 day. I had a customer sit down and lean back and it gave out. He flew backwards and caught himself. The back no longer stayed up after all the oil pressure was out. I called company they said they could not help me because it was past the 35 days. I would have to call the manufacturer. PureSana and they gave me the number. I left a message on a recording and after 8 tries someone got back with me and they said they would see what they could do about a replacement part. Needless to say it’s been week now and they won’t return my calls. Part is made in Germany and we have done research and we are not able to find part. I would definitely stay away from this Seller as they are not a reliable company.

Was a good chair…the seat is a little deeper, and the back is a little high, so my short clients have issues laying back in the sink to shampoo. The hydraulic pump doesn’t hold and it goes down with clients sitting in it, this is after a little over a year of using it.

Chair came with broken or used parts.

Chair is leaking oil everywhere and the back reclining part of the chair stopped locking after two weeks of use.Can’t get any help w returning or replacing item, w supplier.
