I like them but -- they don't last very long and had hoped they would last a few more hours in the evening. I will try moving the solar panel to see if that makes a difference. They are very pretty.

Tough to find enough light to recharge it every day. It's beautiful and festive when lit, sadly, there are too may nights when the solar batteries just didn't charge.

Lights came with a charge so I was able to see the colors immediately. Look great dropped in my bushes and wrapped on my mailbox. Start automatically and need no charging. Wish they came in a longer stand.

I strung the lights around our canopy on a Mardi Gras week end camping trip. I followed the instructions and waited anxiously to see how they would work. I was very happy with the results. They were beautiful and festive. We weren't having to string extensions cord to use them. I plan to continue to use them, even when it's not for a Mardi Gras themed event.

I bought 2 strands. After one week, half of one strand stopped working. Then one month later, the strand is completely dead. The lights will also only light up if it completely dark, so you will probably have to cover the solar part.

Loved them so much I left them up all year. After about 10 months, they died, so I guess that's about the lifetime of the product? Love that they are solar.

One of the themes for the courtyard gardens I create at a nursing home is Mardi Gras. I use a lot of solar lights and was delighted to find these. There are no electrical outlets in the courtyards.
