I had a question about my order and sent an email to the Seller. The Seller responded within 30 minutes and provided tracking numbers and approx delivery date for each box. All three boxes were delivered before their expected delivery dates. The boxes were easy to move through a narrow doorway, around tight corners and down stairs. The couch was super easy to assemble and it is very comfortable. I’m small, approx 5 feet, and when I lean back my head just hits the top of the couch. It may not be the best choice for a taller person who wants to lean back since they would have no head support. It looks great in my small space and I’m very happy.

Received this couch in three separate large boxes. Two boxes received on one day and then one box two days later. It’s not bad. Assembly was easy and it’s a well thought out couch. Velcro on one side of cushions - seat and back cushion so they don’t move around. The chaise is just a separate ottoman under a long cushion on top but you can’t tell by looking at the couch. I ordered the khaki color and it’s really nice. The size is good for a limited space. I emailed the seller because I thought I was missing pieces but they emailed me within hours and assured me the pieces were coming and sent pictures with tracking informationso I received good customer service. We weren’t looking for a long term couch just something for now when the kids are young. Time will tell but I am satisfied for now. I didn’t have issues with cushions being flat but I also unpacked them from the plastic and they had a chance to puff up for about 48 hours. The cushions are firm and you don’t get swallowed in the couch. It’s roomy enough for a family of four without being squished next to each other. The nailheads are a nice touch and give the couch some class. The storage is not deep but a nice bonus. It’s not Ethan Allen furniture but it looks decent and functional for now.

The couch is garbage. The seat cushions never fully expand leaving the covers loose and saggy looking. The back cushions are way too large for the covers and cannot be put in without leaving massive lumps and ripples in the covers. Because of these things the couch ends up looking extremely used and worn down and no where near as clean and modern with nice neat straight line as the largely misleading photos this company provided. Extremely expensive to return on top of high shipping at purchase makes this couch a massive waste of money. If you are wanting something that looks like the pictures, this isn’t it. I do not recommend this couch.

I waited a few weeks to submit this review so that I would have a good idea of the value of this sofa. First off, the shipping was CRAZY fast! I ordered this sofa on Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday, 2 weeks sooner than the estimated delivery time! Assembly was fairly easy. I am a small 60 year old woman and I was able to unpack and assemble this myself in less than 45 minutes. I did unpack the cushions the evening before so that they would have plenty of time fluff up before I put the cushion covers on them. I recommend ironing the cushion covers before you put them on as they come pretty wrinkled and the sofa looked sloppy until I removed and ironed them. The seat cushions are OK, but as others have said the back cushions are pretty thin. They have to be because anything thicker would take up too much of the seat space. The photos make this sofa look much more "substantial" or bigger than it actually is. This is a sofa for small people! I am 5'2" so it's OK for me. I can sit down and my feet easily reach the floor, but anyone taller or much bigger will find the seat area too small. When I lay down on it, while the length is good, the width of the seat is narrow and not very comfortable. I bought this sofa so that my dog and I could cuddle up on it this winter. She loves to lay on the chaise, but that is really the only comfortable part of this sofa. As they say, you get what you pay for and this sofa was pretty cheap. I do like the color and material, but I doubt it would stand up to any real use by a family, let alone children!. I seriously considered sending it back but considering the cost of return shipping and the thought of trying to get it all back into the boxes I've decided to keep it for now, or until I can find someone that wants a sofa for looks alone.

i was very surprised at the quality of this sectional. it in a beach house and the cushion cover zip off and can be thrown in the washer (i have never put them in dryer because i was afraid they might shrink) but they take a beating and this sectional is just u8nder 3 years old.

This came in 3 big boxes and the manual was in one of the side pockets of the seat arm. It was hard for us to assemble since we didn’t find the manual until the whole couch was done. Lol!!But yes! We love the couch, it is super comfy… seats seem hard in the beginning but they are fine and comfy once used for couple of days. I love the beige color and would highly recommend it for its price and quality!!

We bought this couch after our hand me down finally gave up. We looked online at several furniture stores and most couch sets were $1000+ and sectionals were $2500+ and shipping was going to be 4-7 weeks.We found this sectional and I assembled it by myself (with a little help from my 14 year old son). It is pretty comfortable and sturdy. We ordered it on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday. I'm very impressed with it and myself. 👏🏻👏🏻

Overall, the size of the couch is nice. It looks nice and assembled easily. However, the materials are very poor quality and I am positive that this will not last very long. The joints that hold the couch together are creaky and create a hard unusable sitting space at each joint. Overall, I would not recommend this couch.
