- Optimized DNA sequence encoding Human BCMA extracellular domain fused to C terminal Human IgG1 Fc tag was expressed in CHO Cells.
- Recombinant BCMA (CD269) Fc chimera is a homodimer protein consisting of 54 amino acid residue subunits, and migrates as an approximately as 70kDa band under non-reducing and as 40kDa band under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE.
- >95%, as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
- Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).
- The ED(50) was determined by the ability to bind immobilized recombinant Human BAFF and was calculated to be 100ng/ml .
