Looking at these reviews, seems this model has a common problem with the charger receptacle on the light.I did not buy here, but at a truckstop.The way to keep using the light, is to just buy two rechargeable 18650 batteries and a charger for them.Problem SOLVED

Really liked this flashlight but unfortunately it shut off during use
Really liked this flashlight but unfortunately it shut off during use. Tired everything I can think of to get it working but no success. Even tried calling the manufacturer several times over several days finally got to talk to someone to explain the problem then got put on hold. Shortly after being put on hold I was disconnected and haven't been able to get anyone to answer since.

Light broke within 3 weeks of purchase....
The light itself seems to work good, it is bright and the compact size is good, however the charging port pushed into the body of the light after just a few weeks of use. I called the manufacturer and was told to send it to them and they would replace it... great! Yeah, not so much. I express mailed it to them and they received it on Feb. 11. On Feb 23rd I called them to check on it. The lady put me on hold and then came back and said she found it in a stack that hadn't been processed yet, that she would process it and the new one would ship out that day. On 3/18/16, I still had not received the new one. I called again and was told that it was processed but never followed through with and hadn't shipped, so she would make sure it got shipped that day. I asked for a tracking number, she said she would email it to me. I have yet to receive that email, today is 3/21. I called again today and have only been able to get a recording, and yes I left a message. I would not recommend purchasing this light, I feel like it was a waste of my money and time.
